This Festival Foods is my GO-TO stop when going Up North. It's conveniently located off Interstate 43 and there's a gas station nearby. The liquor store is well stocked with craft beers and other intoxicants. They had a banner proclaiming "Bourbon Week" - that's my kind of week! The deli case is the super star in this store - bring a cooler and stock up on potato salad (best grocery store recipe yet), deli meats, Wisconsin BelGioioso cheeses, baked potatoes, meat loafs and every kind of salad imaginable and more. The check out process has always been smooth - big Festival of Freakin' Convenient.

We stopped in because it was dinner time and we needed something quick. We went through the hot food bar. this is like a buffet. you get charged $5.99/lb. We got fried chicken, Swedish meatballs with pasta, potato wedges, and other sides. The food was hot and very good. This is fast food at its best. No wait, no messed up orders, no rude waitresses. You get exactly what you want, and just as much as you want, instantly. This will not be our last stop here for dinner.

Open 24 hr., and they have a dedicated "organic/natural" food section (basically a separate room near the front) with a better selection of such than anywhere else I've found in Green Bay. Produce isn't as good as Whole Foods, but there ain't one in this town -- hence, four stars. (I'm reserving 5 for a [hypothetical] place with excellent organic produce.)

Our go-to grocer in the GB area. There a lot of things we like about coming here, but what sets Festival apart is the produce and selection. Going to other grocery stores, we were often unimpressed or downright disgusted at what passed for fresh fruits and vegetables. Here, we can always count on our favorites being ripe and in abundance. Other than that, they have a really nice selection in their dedicated natural/health food section. Prices are generally good, and you can come up with some nice deals by shopping their weekly fliers. Overall, a great place to shop for groceries.

Festival foods is a privately owned chain of grocery stores in the upper Midwest. The stores are aesthetically nice, the produce is fresh if not more expensive than local competitors. The dry goods selection is adequate but doesn't carry the variety of other local grocery stores. The fact that they have an on site bakery is nice. Working as a vendor in the store I can say that the staff is unfriendly and not helpful to vendors. The customers at like slow moving cattle waiting at the feed trough trying to grow more obese.

This is a very big store with tons of fresh produce and natural food items. This is the only store I have been able to get every thing on my list in one stop. So far this is my favorite grocery store in the area. Beats Copp's as far as selection, and the freshness of produce. I think I like the layout and interior better at Copp's, but once you get past that, I have found they are missing or out of stock of many items.
